HT EV-TEST100 Adapter for Testing Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

HT EV-TEST100 simulates the presence of an electric vehicle connected to the charging station, allowing to verify its full functionality and electrical safety, thanks to the combined use with HT multifunction instruments:

• HT COMBI521 (after firmware update)
• HT MACROTESTG3 (after firmware update)
• HT SUPERCOMBIS (after firmware update)
• HT COMBI521EV (included)
• HT MACROEVTEST (included)

HT EV-TEST100 is capable of performing the following tests:

• Vehicle simulation with Control Pilot (CP State)
• Cable capacity simulation with Proximity Pilot (PP State)
• Ground fault simulation (Fault PE)
• Control pilot signal error simulation (Fault E)
• Phase presence indication through three LEDs
• Connection terminals for external load connection, to verify the correct operation of the charging station’s energy meter
• L1-L2-L3-N-PE measurement terminals to connect HT testing instruments, perform safety and functional tests (such as RPE, RCD, ISO)
• Verification of charging station compliance with IEC 61851-1 and IEC 60364-7-722 standards.

HT EV-TEST100 is capable of testing stations with charging modes 2 and 3 for AC charging and European standard connector (Type 2).
