DEYE Battery Cabinet 61.4kWh GE-F60

DEYE Battery Cabinet 61.4kWh GE-F60 is a complete energy storage solution with lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery with a nominal continuous power of 50 kW and a total capacity of 61.4 kWh. As an all-in-one system, it integrates battery modules, battery management system, power conversion system, and auxiliary components in a single enclosure suitable for outdoor use. Deye ESS GE-F60 can accommodate a maximum of 12 battery modules DEYE energy Storage Battery 5.12kWh SE-G5.1 Pro-Bwith a nominal capacity of 5.12 kWh and 51.2Vdc each. These battery modules use LFP cathode material paired with graphite anode material, providing high current capabilities. The modules are also equipped with multiple safety mechanisms, including voltage, current, and temperature monitoring. The battery management system actively balances cell voltages in each module to prevent misalignment and ensure long cycle life. Integrated contactors allow complete disconnection of battery power when necessary. With over 6000 cycles under standard test conditions, the batteries support daily applications for a long operational period. The floor-mounted enclosure of the Deye ESS GE-F60 offers an internal environment with IP55 protection rating to protect batteries and other sensitive components from dust, moisture, and other contaminants. The dimensions are 2235mm (H) x 1045mm (D) x 735mm (W). The integrated air conditioning regulates internal temperatures for safe and optimized battery operation. Inside, there is also a hybrid power conversion system to efficiently manage bidirectional power flow between the DC battery system and AC electrical connections. This PCS provides key capabilities such as cold start, off-grid power supply, frequency regulation, and renewable energy integration. The entire system is monitored by the energy management system controller that tracks component health, usage metrics, and critical alarms. Both local and remote interfaces provide information on current operational status. Various Rs485 and Modubus connections support system expansion and third-party integration. Finally, the system can be configured in two options:

1. Maximum available power 50kW and Total capacity 360kWh, i.e., 1 x Inverter and 6 x Deye ESS GE-F60
2. Maximum available power 500kW and Total capacity 600kWh, i.e., 10 x Inverter and 10 x Deye ESS GE-F60
