The AF6K-TH is designed to work in systems with high-voltage batteries (range 150–800 V) and is compatible with various storage technologies, including lithium and sodium-metal chloride batteries. Thanks to the ability to program self-consumption based on hourly energy rates, the inverter allows for smart energy management, reducing costs and maximizing system efficiency. In case of a blackout, the inverter enters backup mode in less than 10 milliseconds, ensuring continuous power supply to critical loads. Moreover, in this mode, it can deliver peak power up to 150% of the nominal power, ensuring operation even in high-load situations.
The AF6K-TH inverter achieves a maximum efficiency of 98% and features a series of advanced control and protection systems. It includes protection against polarity reversal, ground fault current monitoring, AC short-circuit protection, overvoltage protection (type II on AC and DC side), and much more.
Additionally, it supports remote monitoring and firmware updates via Wi-Fi, GPRS, or 4G, making system management simple and accessible even remotely.
The compact design (558 x 535 x 260 mm) and light weight of 29 kg, combined with the IP65 protection rating, make the inverter suitable for outdoor installations as well. The AF6K-TH supports configurations with 2 independent MPPTs and a wide input voltage range (from 150 to 850 V), allowing for flexible and optimized design of the photovoltaic system.
