SUN BALLAST Ballast Connect System Terminal 5° Inclination Weight 35kg

The SUN BALLAST 23005.CRT terminal ballast, part of the Connect System with 5° inclination, is the component designed to securely close the ends of photovoltaic panel rows installed in a horizontal configuration on flat roofs.

With a weight of 35 kg, this terminal ballast offers greater structural stability in wind-exposed areas, reinforcing the system at its most vulnerable points. Its use is essential for correctly completing each string of the installation and ensuring effective anchoring even for modules placed at the ends.

Like all components of the Connect system, the 5° inclined terminal ballast is made of high-strength reinforced concrete (class C32/40) and is equipped with pre-installed M8 threaded inserts that simplify and speed up installation, eliminating the need for metal structures or roof drilling.
