WELL-COMM Concrete Ballast with 5° Inclination – First ROW

The Well-Comm 3 system with reinforced concrete ballasts at a fixed 5° inclination represents the ideal solution for limited roof spaces or reduced weight requirements. It’s possible to combine these fixed-inclination ballasts with variable-inclination ones for flat roofs, arranging up to 3 rows. The ballasts of the first and second row can also be used individually. Installation is done by placement, without drilling, reducing installation time by up to 50%.

All photovoltaic ballasts are tested in a TÜV Rheinland certified wind tunnel, ensuring resistance to overturning and winds exceeding 300 km/h. The structure is designed according to current regulations and calculated to withstand snow loads, wind, combined actions, and earthquakes. The solid reinforced concrete structure ensures stability and zero maintenance for the entire lifespan of the system. Moreover, the ballasts can be easily reused when the system is decommissioned and are made with materials produced in Italy and fully recyclable, for greater respect for the environment.
