Victron Battery Disconnect has a continuous nominal current of 275 A and is compatible with battery systems up to 48 V. It features a particularly ergonomic and aesthetic knob design for easy use.
Uses
The Victron Battery Disconnect 275A can be used to isolate a battery from DC loads and/or DC charging sources.
It is used to preserve battery charge when the system is unattended, for system maintenance, or in case of emergency. It can also be used to connect the service battery and the starter battery in parallel, in order to supplement a starter battery or a discharged service battery in case of emergency.
Installation
The Battery Disconnect can be mounted on a surface or through a panel, offering flexibility during “installation. It is equipped with 4 easily removable side panels for” cable
access. It comes with 16 different adhesive labels for customization.
Safety
The knob can be removed for isolation or safety purposes. The Battery Disconnect complies with the ISO8846 Ignition Protection standard and is suitable for use in engine rooms.
