HT 7051 5kV Insulation Tester

HT7051 is designed to measure insulation resistance with programmable test voltage up to 5kVDC and measurement range up to 10T?, making it extremely useful in various industrial applications such as power transformers, electrical cables, electrical panels, generic devices, etc.

Based on the operator’s needs, the instrument allows measurement tests to be performed in the following modes:

• FIX (fixed test voltage)
• ADJUST (programmable test voltage)
• RAMP (programmable test voltage and application time with selection of 3 available ramp types)

The measurement of Polarization Index (PI) and Dielectric Absorption Ratio (DAR) parameters are duration tests that allow determining the quality of an insulator.

HT7051 is powered by a rechargeable NiMH battery with an integrated charger that allows for considerable duration in performing measurements. It is equipped with internal memory for saving measurements and can be connected to a PC for transferring the measurements taken. The entire structure is enclosed in a comfortable and durable carrying case, solid and secure for “field” use.

The measurements taken can be transferred to a PC via USB or WiFi connection using dedicated management software to analyze the data and create print reports
