HT12 is a pocket-sized digital multimeter capable of primarily performing the following measurements:

- AC/DC Current up to 60A with integrated clamp sensor
- Resistance, Continuity Test, and Frequency
HT12 is designed in accordance with the safety standard IEC/EN61010-1 with double insulation protection in CAT III 300V.
The instrument is enclosed in a protective case which is also used for rewinding the test leads
