Mesh Sleeve

The mesh sleeve is the system component for using injection resins in semi-solid bricks for through-hole installations. To do this, the mesh sleeve is positioned in the hole and filled with injection resin starting from the bottom of the sleeve. When the anchor rod is set, the resin is pressed through the mesh structure and thus connects with the hollow brick by undercutting. This means that the load is distributed within the base material. Non-load-bearing layers can then be bridged with the mesh sleeve.

The nylon mesh sleeve is the CE-certified solution for fixing on hollow supports.

The dimensions of the holes ensure a calibrated release of the resin around the sleeve.

Once hardened, the resin works with the undercut principle (it contrasts with the brick edges of hollow bricks).

The injection of the resin must start from the bottom of the nylon mesh sleeve. Therefore, it is recommended to push the mixing nozzle to the bottom of the sleeve, injecting the resin regularly by pumping the gun gradually and slowly raising the nozzle towards the surface in order to fill the entire sleeve.
